Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged
Simple Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times: 5-7 business days for credit cards, 1-2 business days for PayPal
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs deductions.
Exchanges
For size exchanges of the same item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
For exchanges to different items, please process a return and place a new order to ensure fastest service.
