We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your ElegantMenWear items arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective

Simple Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Sacramento facility using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times:
    • 5-7 business days for credit cards
    • 1-2 business days for PayPal

Exchanges

For size exchanges of the same item:

  • Follow the standard return process
